Charlie Parker, a licensed Private Investigator in San Antonio, recalls how he discovered serial imposter Frederic Bourdin had taken the place of Nicholas Barclay, a 13-year-old reported missing in San Antonio in 1994. Bourdin, a 23-year-old French citizen, claimed in 1997 he was Barclay, and was brought home by the boy’s family, where he lived as Nicholas for months before finally surrendering to the authorities.
